Mrs.Sekanayo Chihana- Mbulo is an advocate of the high court of Zambia.She holds the position of Head of Research and Advocacy. She provides comprehensive legal support to the Council, interpreting statutes and drafting press statements. She also conducts in-depth legal research and analyses Parliamentary Bills to inform well-researched submissions to Parliament. She maintains a close contact with Council members and the Committees. Additionally, she initiates research projects, ensure compliance with regulations like the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, and keeps the Council informed about new legislation and amendments. Ultimately, she plays a critical role in ensuring the Association’s legal affairs are in order and up-to-date.”

Mrs. Mbulo is also an experienced Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Analytical Skills, Risk Management, and Public Speaking with a certificate and diploma in law from Nipa, an LLB, and a master’s in criminal justice from Zambia Open University.
