Objective 4 (d) (e)
Maintain CPD Committee and merge it with Conveyancing Committee; expand the mandate to include Legal Education as envisaged under the above objectives;
To promote the education of lawyers at all stages and levels, with particular
emphasis on the broadening of such education;
To spearhead the consideration of qualifications of lawyers and to make recommendations thereon;
To promote and implement robust programs aimed at enhancing the continuous professional development of members of the Association;
To coordinate with other stakeholders for the promotion of the education and continuous professional development of the members of the Association.
Carry out training sessions on diverse matters including matters relating to Conveyancing, land alienation etc.
The Committee shall carry out delegated functions as from time to time required by the Council of the Law Association of Zambia.
