• Consider matters touching on law firm management.
• To review the establishment of law firms and how they operate so as to bring them to modern times in comparison with other jurisdictions;
• To enhance competitiveness of law firms on the international platform; and Consider matters to enhance competitiveness and efficiency of law firms.
• Consider matters touching on the remuneration of Legal Practitioners.
• Consider matters and measures touching on membership services by the Association.
• The Committee shall recommend modernization of key areas of Law practice.
• Further, the Committee proposes a holistic, phased but progressive review of all other pieces of legislation, rules and regulations impacting on the practice of law in Zambia with a view to proposing their amendment to bring them in line with the exigencies of the practice of law today.
• Consider matters incidental to the foregoing.
