A Rhodes Scholar, Arnold Kaluba pursued his Master of Science (MSc) Degrees from Oxford University in the United Kingdom (UK). He further pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom (UK) on the Chevening Scholarship.

Arnold recently obtained his Postgraduate Diploma (PG-Dipl) in Legislative Drafting at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE) and is a Member of the Zambia Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He has been lecturing law at the University of Zambia (UNZA) since September 2015, and has worked as In-House Counsel for Investrust Bank Plc.
